3D ANIMATED SCENARIOS

A 3D Animated Scenarios are highly valuable as a visual aid in Jury recognition of body-positioning of a victim, either as discovered at the scene or leading to injury and/or death

It can serve to highlight any discrepancy between an alleged account of an angle of attack.  This can be key to establishing guilt or innocence.  By demonstrating the physical interaction between victim and alleged perpetrator, from the perspectives alleged by the Prosecution and the Defence, the Jury’s understanding is immediately enhanced

Examples include:

Gunshot injuries with bullet trajectories

- including associated external and internal wounding, if desired

Wounding from a stabbing

– showing the correlation between the victim’s position and that of the alleged perpetrator when the wound was inflicted

Shaken Baby Syndrome

- demonstrating contre-coup head injury to the brain by shaking

Any Scenario can be represented where siting or movement of a body - and resultant injury - requires demonstration; or to show body position or condition of how the deceased was found

- i.e. collapsed, bound, dismembered, etc.
